Booking Confirmation

Registration for workshops with SUSI is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a non-refundable £10 deposit per participant.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per participant is required to reserve a space at our workshop. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs, to cover administrative and preparatory costs.

Cancellations made more than 5 days before the workshop date will forfeit the £10 deposit per participant.

Any cancellations made within 5 days of the workshop date will be charged at the full workshop rate and will not be refunded.

Participants may transfer their booking to another person at any time without penalty, provided they notify us by emailing susi.candle@hotmail.com in advance.

Health and Safety

A comprehensive Health and Safety talk will be provided at the beginning of each workshop session. Participants are expected to adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided during the workshop for their own safety and the safety of others.

Latecomers

A 10/15 minute grace period will be allowed for latecomers. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals later than the grace period may result in exclusion from participating in the workshop to avoid disruption to other participants.

Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their own belongings. We do not accept responsibility for any personal property or belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the workshop.

Minimum Age Requirement

The minimum age to attend our workshops is 16 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies before the workshop. We will do our best to accommodate these needs, but we cannot guarantee that all requests can be met.

Workshop Changes

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will be notified as soon as possible. A full refund of any payments made will be offered, or the option to reschedule to another available workshop.

Data Protection

Any personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used for the purposes of managing your booking and communicating with you about the workshop.

Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos during workshops for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials.

Accessibility

We strive to make our workshops accessible to all participants. Please inform us of any special requirements or accommodations needed in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.
